Covered By Faith Rentals offers the Inspire home. Inspire is a side by side duplex. Everything except the laundry is on the main floor and there is no upstairs. It is only 1 mile from Mayo/Gonda building and St. Marys. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom are on the main floor. Over 1,598 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 2 steps to get into the home. We are only 1 blocks from Apache mall, restaurants, and 7 blocks to a grocery store. We also have many additional houses downtown if this one is full.

Covered By Faith Rentals is proud to offer the Inspire home. Being only about 1 mile away from the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital is a blessing itself. Having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 and 14 make this house easy to find and get to. There are 1 step to get in the house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. The 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds and alarm clocks. We also have a fan, pack n play, high chair and bed side rail to use. The bathroom has a full walk in shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house.

In the basement there is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. Internet is high speed. We have many guests who work and go to school at the house.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Put cigarette butts in the metal container. Pets are allowed in the house with prior approval and paid pet fee.

Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through Airbnb when the house is available for you.

There is a keypad on the property to get in. You get your quarter of the lawn to roam around on.

You are very close to the historical SW Rochester where the Plumber House is located. The Dr. Plumber house is a historical site. His invention of the pneumatic tube, the communication system, and record keeping system are among the most outstanding inventions. You are also close to Soldiers Memorial Field, and the Soldiers Memorial Golf Course.

With only about a mile away you could walk, take an Uber or Lyft ride, or catch a bus only 2 or 3 blocks away.
