The home is a terraced property with two steps at the entrance. Guests should be comfortable with steps when entering the property.

Just a short walk from Rochester Castle and the High Street’s independent cafés, restaurants and riverside views. Train links to London and Kent coast are nearby. Leeds Castle and Chatham Dockyard are a short drive away.

House Rules
- No smoking or parties
- Pets allowed (max. 3) for a £25 per pet per stay charge
- No pets upstairs or on furniture
- Remove shoes on carpets
- Respect neighbours and registered guests only

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
