The Space:

Experience the ease, beauty, and comfort of recent construction at this two-story home in Manhattan Beach, perfectly situated just one house away from the sand. Enjoy new decor and furnishings throughout, a back patio with a firepit and a view of the mountains, and a private hot tub to indulge in each evening.



Built in 2022, this home is located in Manhattan Beach, a quiet oceanside neighborhood at the north end of Rockaway Beach. You can walk to the beach in about a minute to spend your days surfing, clamming, and collecting seashells. There's so much to do and explore nearby, including Manhattan Beach State Recreation Site (less than a mile), the bustling shops and eateries of downtown Rockaway (just over a mile), the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad (seven miles), the Manzanita Links (11 miles), and the Tillamook Creamery (14 miles).



Wake up each morning to peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the bedrooms and balcony upstairs. Downstairs on the main floor, there's a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances where you can fix your morning coffee, flip pancakes on the gas range, and set the dining room table for a family breakfast.



After a day spent at the beach, come home to unwind in central air-conditioning or gather outside on the patio for a barbecue on the gas grill and marshmallows roasted over the smokeless firepit. Stargaze from the warmth of the hot tub before heading back indoors to curl up on the leather sofas, play board games by the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite movies on the living room TV. All four bedrooms are upstairs, including a primary suite with a shower and a soaking tub. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

This was a fantastic spot that we will certainly stay again. The house was clean and everything was thoughtfully laid out for a nice, relaxing stay. The back yard was spacious, and the hot tub and fire pit were excellent touches for getting outdoor. You're right next to the beach, so long beach walks were extremely easy. It's also away from the main part of town, so the beach was quiet and relaxing.Certainly one of the better rental experiences I've had and I am looking forward to coming back again.

The home was listed as new. It had a lot of wear and tear for being new. It needed a deep clean (dirty walls, towels were stained and dingy, sliding door track dirty, handrail sticky and needs new paint, mold in master shower). There was not enough room in the outside trash ( probably should be emptied between guests).. the property sleeps 11 but only has parking for 2 vehicles. We were notified this with the check in instructions. Kitchen was fairly well stocked but difficult to find what we needed. On the bright side… the location was amazing!

House layout was wonderful, the downstairs being a large space with areas for cooking, eating, and hanging out all within visual and hearing range. Half bath conveniently located downstairs.4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and laundry facility upstairs with pretty good sound isolation. Beds all comfortable, just a couple dressers but plenty of closet space. Bunk bed was awesome, with actual stairs to top bunk, safety rail, and lots of drawer space built in.We found 2 sharp objects in the back yard, but otherwise the house was clean, well-kept, with plenty of kitchen supplies and linens.A short easy walk took us to a large and lovely beach.

The home was set up perfect for our family. The 4 bedrooms upstairs were good size and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We used the backyard a lot. With a yard game we brought and we used the firepit almost every night. The only thing we didn’t bring beach toys, because all the other places we have booked had them available.

Perfect get-a-way!

My brother and I brought our families together for a long weekend. Wonderful home with everything we needed- steps from the beach, hot tub for the adults and supplies to cook a family meal. Bedrooms and living space were perfect for our group of 7. Only a few days before we decided to stay an extra day and there was no issue requesting an additional night. We even got a text saying the property was ready for early check in - not a guarantee but a nice surprise. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and games for the kids. We will certainly be back!

Fantastic home in great location

We had 3 generations together for 10 days. The house is beautiful and well maintained. All the beds were super comfortable. Well stocked with plenty of towels for everyone. The beach is just down a short path which the kids loved. As close as you can get without paying oceanfront prices. We will definitely stay again.

Great beach access

Aside from not being able to really see the ocean from the house (small view from the primary bedroom balcony) there's nothing to find fault in with this rental. Literally a 1 minute walk to the beach, super wide flat beaches for walks. We had a great time, house was very new feeling (maybe under adorned, but that's fine), closet full of games, comfortable beds. Only knock is we didn't think our sheets were clean when we arrived, but simply washed them and put back on. Loved the layout, had everything we needed for a coast visit!
