The Space:

This gorgeous oceanfront condo boasts elegant, modern decor and breathtaking views of the Northern Oregon Coast, as well as instant beach access. You will enjoy beautiful tile floors, a beautiful balcony, and an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows, so you won't miss a minute of the sunset.



The living area has a cable TV with a DVD player and a plush sofa just waiting to host a movie night. The primary suite has a king bed and private balcony, affording extra space for couples, and the en suite bath has a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower.



The Oregon Coast vacation rental is located in Nedonna Views, a modern condo complex in a quiet neighborhood of Manhattan Beach. You'll enjoy seven miles of uncrowded coastline less than two miles from fresh seafood restaurants and unique shops in Rockaway Beach.



This fantastic stretch of sand is much quieter than the beach closer to the heart of town, yet still close to the restaurants, markets, and shops in the community. The quaint, old-fashioned coastal town is bustling with antique stores, taffy shops, and instant public access best experienced at the Rockaway Beach Wayside. Stroll to the sandy shores, build sand castles, beachcomb, fly kites, or simply sunbathe.

The property is full of light and amazing views. The spacious kitchen allowed us to prepare and serve our meals. We got our steps in with the climb to the condo but we knew this ahead of time thanks to our wonderful host. View and beach access were amazing. Beds were comfy. We wished there was more carpets, the tile was pretty chilly. Also there is also a handful of things that need attention and maintenance. (Fireplace, baseboards and beam in dining area)

The location and views were nice from the room.... but the place lacked some attention to detail . There was no coffee to go with the coffee maker ... no salt or pepper or other spices . i does and some woodwork was dirty or stained . bed was comfortable and the soaking tub and walk in showers were nice .... no access to streaming chanel's but there was a dvd player . it was comfortable enough but just lacked some attention to detail that makes things great.

The Vacasa host was accomodating when we had issues with the laundry and dishes not being completed. I was very happy with their response time and timeliness of getting our items resolved. The view was to die for and was so relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.

Clearly, the premium view was the highlight of this property. The ocean view, sunset and, by good fortune, an early morning spectacular sighting of a Harvest Moon over the Pacific were highlights for the property. Also neat, as East Coasters to have the Coastal Mountains with evergreens relatively close to the beach.

Not Good…. What a waste of a what could be a wonderful getaway if the bought some new sheets, pillow cases, towels, washcloths etc and actually cleaned the place. The location is wonderful, the exterior of the building is exposed concrete so not too appealing but the opportunity to give vacationer’s a huge boost would be when you walk through that entry door to a clean rental. Plenty of space, great view if you can sit on dirty furniture… stains on pillows from use. Hair on pillows, sheets, linens so worn that what is supposed to be white are tanish - grey in color, thin and severely used.. food on the floor, smashed into the tile floors and some sort of sealer just spread over the top.. my list goes on and on. I’m just saying that the owner of the unit and the property management company should have a little more control over the vacation rental properties. We rely on these companies to be honest in what they are renting to us. I drove six hours across the state to get there and was so disappointed in the lack of cleanliness that my wife and I didn’t want to stay there. Long story short, we left early and have asked for a refund. I will definitely reconsider using this company or referring my clients to them anymore.We shall see how they handle my refund process!!!

The view of the beach from the large windows was awesome! Loved the access to the beach, which made it very easy to enjoy the sand and ocean. This unit could use some maintenance, however, as there were quite a few things that needed to be fixed. At times we had trouble turning off the faucet in the master bedroom, at times we had problems turning on and off the garbage disposal, some of the lights underneath the kitchen cabinets were burned out, if you didn’t slam the entrance door really hard it would just randomly pop open, and it appears that the fireplace has not been functioning for quite some time. It also would’ve been nice to know that the second floor unit was equivalent to a third floor level as the parking garage was underneath and more stairs than what you would think would be for a second floor unit. Overall, we had a great time!

Roof work, no elevators, Direct TV not working, no shades in main area so got hot, only 1 fan, Tsunami so we had to get a different hotel on the first night. Only 1 beach chair, no hooks in bathroom, not enough privacy for shower in master bath. Bed uncomfortable in second bedroom. Need to do repairs like fireplace and molding in main area.

This was a much needed break from the everyday grind. Beautiful view and beach access cannot be beat. Space was very clean. Loved the home and would stay here again. Very little beach traffic. Only cons was the small details. Holes in sheets and towels, paint and finishes need attention.

Great views but not for those who cant do stairs

The condo was gorgeous! Its big and roomy with great views. However it could use some repairs -fireplace and elevators dont work. The stairs are super narrow and this condo takes 3 floors to get to. Otherwise it was a great place to spend a few days on Spring Break!
