At home, soak up some rays on the waterfront deck or take a break in the shade on the screened lanai. Anglers can cast directly from the dock and fillet their fresh catch at the dockside cleaning station.

The open, single-level interior has been beautifully renovated with modern design and amenities. Vaulted, exposed beam ceilings accent the living room, providing light and breezy ambiance. Relax in one of the sofas while streaming shows and movies on wall-mounted smart TV. An adjacent sitting area offers a sunny spot to read or enjoy an afternoon nap in the armchair. Gorgeous counters, custom backsplash, and a sleek array of stainless steel appliances are on display in the updated, full kitchen. Grab a bite at the breakfast counter or sit down for full meals at the dining table set for six. In-home essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and private washer/dryer.

This home is perfect for snowbirds as it is one story and on the water for enjoyment.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom feature two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Please note that the hot tub is not for guest use. There is a $500 fine for guests who use the hot tub.


**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
