Located at the heart of Rockport, Bayfront Kontiki 705 is in the perfect central location. This private condo is just minutes from the beach, Goose Island , and walking distance to all the complex has to offer. With a pool, boat slip, 800 foot fishing pier and boat ramp, Charcoal grills and a nice palaypa with picnic tables all around, Basketball Court and Pickle Ball Court you will never run out of things to do.



The Space:

There is a beach on the left side of the property where you can put a kayak in if you choose to bring one. It’s also just one mile from the grocery store for those last-minute supplies. Those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Goose Island Nature Park, The Big Tree and the many Wildlife Refuges within minutes of the house. There is parking for 2 vehicles and first come spots for your boat. Sorry, no pets allowed at this home.

The open floor plan of the living room & kitchen provides space for your entire party to relax after a long day of fishing or sunning at the beach. The private deck is perfect for enjoying your catch of the day! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances & basic cooking utensils needed to enjoy a night in. For the coffee lover there is a Kuerig and a Coffee Maker. On the main living floor there is a large bedroom with a King size bed and a large flat screen TV. The shared bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom. Make your way upstairs to the primary bedroom there is a King size bed , flat screen TV and private en-suite bath. The third bedroom, which is also upstairs has a Queen size bed. There is also a washer and dryer located in the hallway upstairs.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

All linens, sheets and bath towels are provided and of high quality. This home is professionally cleaned and cared for after each stay with much attention to detail. Internet-ready TV’s and wireless internet provided.

• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances).

• A start up supply of toilet paper, (2 rolls per bathroom), 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets (if the property has a dishwasher) and 1 bottle of dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:

Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than two, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

Guests will have access to the entire private condo, including the living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and basic cooking utensils. Outside, take advantage of the complex amenities, including the pool, boat slip, 800-foot fishing pier, boat ramp, charcoal grills, a palapa with picnic tables, a basketball court, and a pickleball court. There is also a beach on the left side of the property.

Getting Around:

Getting around Bayfront Kontiki 705 is easy. While Rockport is a walkable and bike-friendly town, you'll find ample free parking right on the premises for your convenience. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Aransas County Airport (RKP), just a short drive away. Major transit hubs are not directly available, so a personal vehicle or ride-sharing service is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas and attractions.

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning crew sufficient time to prepare for the next guests. Parking is available for two vehicles, with additional first-come-first-served spots for boats. The property is a non-smoking unit, and we are unable to accommodate pets. Linens, sheets, and bath towels are provided. For your convenience, we supply a starter kit of essential supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed. Enjoy the amenities, including the pool, fishing pier, and grills, but please be respectful of the community rules. We want you to have a great time!
