This wondrous waterfront home is on the cusp of St. Charles Bay, home to beautiful views, sun, fun, and tranquility. Find peace as you witness spectacular sunsets on the water, assuring you that you're truly away from it all and to let your cares melt away. Rent a boat to tie up at the dock so you can fish or play on the water all day, or tour around the city and explore Goose Island State Park, the Fulton Mansion, or lounge about on Rockport Beach.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior simply flooded with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and the fabulous decor. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book, or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV in the living area. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, a formal dining table, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. There's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Kids can host sleepovers in a few spots, including the vibrant loft. Find the epitome of comfort in the main suite, which boasts a fantastic en suite bathroom and a breathtaking view of the water. Indulge in some friendly competition with your loved ones over shuffleboard, Cornhole, Bocce ball, or various board games available. The community pool is a great place to cool off after an afternoon of adventure.

Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).

THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.

Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
