The Monhegan Suite is named after one of the nearby islands in Penobscot Bay where Rockport Harbor is located. This second Level Queen bedroom is accessed by the front entrance staircase. The room opens to skylights, luxury bedding, elegant decorations, romantic electric fireplace, flat screen smart TV, spacious walk in closet, and air conditioner unit. The connected en suite bathroom overlooks the courtyard gardens and has a double vanity and full bathtub/shower. Access to the lower level of the house is restricted (unless the whole house is reserved), but Monhegan Suite guests are welcome to use the firepit in the backyard. Access to adjacent lodge outdoor heated pool (open seasonally), and guest BBQ, firepit and gardens is also included plus free morning coffee in the lodge office. Entry is through Inn front door and parking is on grassy knoll alongside driveway. No smoking in or on this property. No dogs allowed in Monhegan Suite. Check in at Starlight Lodge Office. 2 night minimum/$50 cleaning fee.
