A short stroll offers easy access to the beach, and for an even closer dip, your private swimming pool and surrounding patio are just steps away. You can soak in the six-person hot tub, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and use the charcoal grill to cook up a meal as the day winds down. If that meal should include the fresh catch you reeled in from a fishing excursion, there’s a fish-cleaning table with water to help you prep.

Four of the home’s bedrooms occupy the first level. There’s a king and a queen bedroom that offer access to a shaded deck, the perfect place to take a break from the sun with your preferred beach read. A pyramid bunk room and one with two singles are perfect for the kids. All of the bedrooms feature Smart TVs and share two full baths. The final bedroom, a king with attached bath and access to a sundeck, is located on the second level.

The top level also welcomes you into an airy, open space where your family can comfortably gather to enjoy meals, hours of entertainment, and each other’s company. Enhanced by soothing shades of blue and seaside décor, the room’s serene ambiance sets the perfect tone for unwinding. A well-equipped, recently updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, which can be served at the island, eight-seat dining table, or outside on the deck's picnic table. In the great room, a large-screen Smart TV awaits, but the real showstopper is the deck, where you can watch the stars light up the night sky. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
