The Tuscolano neighbourhood is located in the southeast of Rome, close to the Aurelian Walls. This area sees the presence of many different architectural styles. It is bordered by the Parco degli Acquedotti, a true green oasis and a precious testimony of Rome's historical and archaeological heritage. The Tuscolano is also renowned for the famous CinecittĂ film studios (with only 8 stops on the metro A , you reach CinecittĂ Studios ), the most important production centre of the Italian film industry. In addition, the area is full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars; the Via Appia can be considered, after the chic streets of the historical centre, one of the most important shopping streets in Rome. Not to be missed is the new shopping centre âHappioâ on Via Appia 448, with more than 30 shops and restaurants (open daily, 09.00 - 21.00, restaurants 10.00 - 24.00, 7 days a week).

Bright, spacious 1âbed flat (65 mÂČ) in Tuscolano â 850 m to Furio Camillo, quiet balcony, elevator.
The historic centre is only a few stops away. The apartment (2nd floor with elevator) sits in a condominium with a garden and concierge and features vintage 1970s furnishings. Layout: large entrance hall, roomy living room with balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard, separate kitchen, corridor leading to one bedroom and a bathroom. Generous room sizes and peaceful views make this a comfortable base for exploring Rome. Parking available on request.
The living room has a sofa bed, a television corner and a dining table with 4 chairs. Furniture, lamps and pictures complete the living room furnishings. There is air conditioning system in the living room.
The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The room has an air-conditioning system. From the bedroom you access the balcony.
