Our tiny cabin offers an idyllic retreat where you can embrace the beauty and peace of nature. Enjoy Brenchly Lake, while you bask in the tranquil atmosphere. Take advantage of the lake for swimming or fishing, as well as the ample yard space. Indulge in the sights and sounds of nature relaxing next to a cozy fire.

Meal preparations are a breeze in this quaint kitchen equipped with a toaster/oven, hot plate, electric skillet and refrigerator.
This tiny home boasts a roomy bathroom with a shower that can accommodate taller statures. The bedroom is closed off by a trolly door and 1 loft provides extra sleeping area while the other loft provides another lounge area if you need to spread out a bit.

Leave the distractions of WI-FI behind and allow yourself to fully reconnect with nature.

No one has access to the home except for myself, cleaners and the owners Steve and Becky. I will be available if needed.

The cabin is set in a secluded wooded area, near Brenchly Lake. There are a few other cabins located nearby. We are an 8 minute drive from the Athens/Sayre and Towanda areas convenient for shopping or dining out. A few of my favorite restaurants include: Yanuzzis, The Angry Burrito and 1883.

Nearby attractions include: Antler Ridge Winery, Round Top Park, Marie Antoinette Scenic Overlook and the Bradford County State Gamelands #12 for hiking and site seeing. Within the Bradford Falls trail you may find hidden gems like the 3 waterfalls and a bat cave. For more information look at the pabucketlist dot com. Tioga Downs Casino is located about 20 minutes across the border in Nichols, NY.

There is parking on site. A vehicle is needed to access the cabin and get around the area.

As you embrace the serenity of this secluded haven, it’s essential to note that the cabin is nestled amidst wildlife-rich surroundings. For safety reasons, please refrain from leaving any garbage or food items outside at night. If you have little ones in tow, exercise extra vigilance near the lake.
**A Relaxing Vibe**
We ask that guests skip the parties during their stay — we want everyone to feel comfy and relaxed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you’re welcome to step outside if needed.

**Guests & Visitors**
To keep things cozy and secure, only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight or visit.

** Supplies**
We’ll set you up with toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. If you need more during your stay, just restock as needed.

**Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy**
We truly appreciate your mindfulness of our wonderful neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a $150 fee.

For disturbances during quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) or situations involving law enforcement, the fee is $500 and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

** Keeping Things Tidy**
Please keep the space neat and tidy and clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment.

** Check-Out**
Check-out is at 10 am. Before you head out, please leave the unit tidy:
-Wash and put away all dishes
-Toss all food into the garbage
-Take the trash out to the outside bins
