Luminous Apartment few steps from Piazza Navona

Luminous apartment located in via dei Coronari, with an incredible view of the Church of San Salvatore in Lauro.

Via dei Coronari, according to the AD magazine ,"Architectural Digest", is considered one of the 10 most beautiful streets in the world.

Wonderful location to reach all the most important attractions of Rome: Piazza Navona, 3 min walk, Castel Sant'Angelo, 5 minutes, San Pietro, the Vatican, Campo de Fiori. The Pantheon can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Spanish Steps are a 15-minute walk away.



The house is on the third floor with no lift and has a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a living room with two sofas, table with chairs, TV, a bathroom with tub/shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with pods.

Parquet in all rooms.



Our guests will have free use of air conditioning (in the master bedroom), Wi-Fi internet connection, heating, bed linens, towels , hairdryer.

The area around the house is full of typical restaurants and shops.

From Fiumicino or Ciampino airport you can get to Termini station a

nd from there take bus 40 or 64 to the "Chiesa Nuova" stop, then the house is a 5-minute walk away.

On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from the airport or Termini station to the apartment.

For arrivals between 20.00 and 23.00 there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without prior agreement and it is subject to availability.



For stays longer than 20 nights, the cost of electricity will be paid according to consumption at the price of €0.40 per kwh and gas at a cost of €1.20 m/cube. For stays longer than 20 nights, a deposit of €200.00 is required for utilities, to be paid in cash on arrival.



Tourist Tax 6.000€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.
