This is a large well located apartment on a quiet street in the heart of tourist Rome. The beds were firm and great. The kitchen was just what you need and both the dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer were awesome. Falls short of five stars because the bathroom fans were inadequate and the bathrooms smelled of mildew.

It's a beautiful and spacious unit in an excellent location. Our only issue was initially getting the Vikey system to work. Once we had that mastered, everything went very smoothly. The unit is nicely updated and has the amenities most people look for—and it can accommodate many people.

There were two issues.The airport private driver pickup was late which left me wondering if/he would show. The kitchen garbage had not been emptied from previous guest. I immediately notified my contact about this. When I left 2 days later it still had not been handled.Communication was without result.Other than that !! The apartment and location were excellent.

Overall this apartment was great. The layout is odd and the rooms felt very sterile (not cozy), but we had somewhere to sleep. The location is wonderful. We had one issue with the kitchen sink leaking, but it was fixed

Cute apartment within easy access to attractions.

This was our first time using Verbo. The process to book was easy. The communication with Issac was excellent. He’s very responsive. I had read a previous post about him and took advantage of him booking us a transfer from the airport. Our flight arrived early and he was able to accommodate us at 1130Am check-in. He even made suggestions for places to visit. The apartment was nice and clean. The airline lost our luggage and that can be quite confusing to arrange in a foreign country, they asked for my rental local number and contacted him about our luggage, what a help! The only comment we had was the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the back bedroom, annd the cell service ithe area of the anp is very low
and they asked us to take out the trash. I’ve not been asked to do that before. Other than that it’s a great location and he’s super helpful with any issues!

The Host arranged transportation from the airport and met us upon arrival and gave us all of the info on the delux apartment and area. He was always available especially when there was a threatened train strike on the day of checkout and verified that we could stay another night if necessary.Our family was very pleased with the apartment and location.

Good location

One of the best parts for me was communication with the host. He responded quickly to all inquiries, he set up transfer to the airport and was willing to accommodate us. He was unable to meet us for check in and sent a colleague who also was wonderful. He spent time explaining things and help us with app to get taxis around town. Thanks for a wonderful time

Great place. Easy to access. Elevator in building which was great for 81 yo mother. Fabulous location. Exactly as advertised if not better. The only problem was phone reception. more often than not, it was impossible to make or receive calls from inside the apartment and the small patio. Minor inconvenience. I'd definitely stay again.

This was an amazing property and exactly as described!! Between the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps on a very walkable and safe neighborhood!!! Was great to meet someone at the house to go over everything at check in. We were traveling with 2 of our adult children so we really appreciated the space! And I loved the laundry!

Perfect. Location was central and apartment was exactly what we were looking for.

This place was within walking distance to most attractions. Centrally located near some great restaurants and sites. Communication and services from the host were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome
