Lovely apartment a few steps from Termini station (100 mt)
Great position to reach most of the tourist attractions in Rome in just a few minutes.
Colosseum and Roman Forum, Vatican and St. Peter's, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Circus Maximus and other important sites are all within 10 minutes by Metro or bus.
The house is on the fifth floor with a lift and can accommodate up to 4 people.
There is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a comfortable single sofa bed, a bedroom with single bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with tub/shower (150 cm tub), a large living room with sofa, table with chairs, bookcase, a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, kettle and coffee machine, a long balcony runs along the whole side of the house.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning (living room and double bedroom), free Wi-Fi internet connection, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Near the house there are several shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and everything you may need during your holiday.
From Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, it is possible to take both the train (from Fiumicino) and the bus (from Ciampino) to Termini station and then the house is a 2-minute walk away.
For arrivals between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of €25 to be paid in cash at check in. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
Tourist tax of €3.50 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10) to be paid in cash upon arrival.
On request, a transfer service with a driver (by car or minivan) is available, which can take guests directly from the airport gate to the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, electricity and gas are paid according to consumption. Electricity will be paid at €0.50 Kw and gas at €1.30 m/cube.
