Discover the elegance of this beautifully refurbished detached turret-style house over two levels, blending timeless charm with modern sophistication. This stunning property boasts a thoughtfully designed layout, featuring living areas that seamlessly combine style and comfort.
At the heart of the home lies the sleek, state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with premium Bosch integrated appliances, tassimo coffee machine and slow cooker perfect for effortless entertaining or everyday living. Every detail of this house has been meticulously upgraded to the highest standard, offering a perfect balance of luxury and practicality.
Upstairs, the property offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, furnished with a luxurious Premier Inn mattress and duvet, fitted wardrobe, a full-length mirror, and a Smart TV. The second bedroom features twin Silentnight beds and a full-size pull out single bed, fitted wardrobe and full length mirror providing versatility and comfort.
The luxurious upstairs shower room is designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring a power shower, heated towel rail and a modern LED mirror with a built-in shaver point. Every detail has been carefully crafted to provide the ultimate comfort and functionality with complimentary Scottish Fyne Soap toiletries.
Ettrick sleeps a maximum of 5 guests.
The property has a communal private walled back garden with picnic benches, garden bike lockers with e-bike charging socket (2 bikes per locker, personal padlock required). We have a communal laundry cupboard which includes a washing machine/tumble dryer which can be used from 8am - 10pm daily. (guest will supply own detergents etc).
To make your arrival even more special, a thoughtfully curated welcome pack awaits, featuring tea, coffee pods, sugar, and a selection of delightful Scottish sweet treats.
Housekeeping starter pack provided (Bin liner, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid).
We provide travel cot, mattress and bedding, high chair and baby bath.
