The best of Southwest Florida awaits at this canal-front oasis in Rotonda West. The bright interior of this 2,200-square-foot home features an open floor plan and an opportunity for authentic indoor/outdoor living, with two walls of glass doors that open onto the covered pool deck. 

Start your day with coffee on the lanai or swim a few laps in the beautifully landscaped pool. At breakfast time, the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to keep the chef happy. Dine together alfresco at the table on the terrace. 

The pristine Gulf beaches of Boca Grande, Manasota Key, and Englewood are just minutes away. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toys, and two kayaks are available to help you make the most of a day on the sand. Five golf courses, a community park with tennis courts (tennis balls and rackets are in the garage), a playground, and walking trails are all located in your neighborhood. You can explore on two wheels thanks to the two adult bicycles in the garage. 

Want to stay closer to home? Pull up a chaise at the pool or bring your fishing rod and while away the afternoon on the dock, fishing for bass, tilapia, snook, or catfish in Pebble Beach Creek, just behind the home. In the evening, lots of good restaurants are nearby, or fire up the gas grill on the lanai. Pull up one of the swivel chairs around the firepit for after-dinner conversation, or get comfy on the sectional in front of the 75-inch smart TV, which features a Roku for streaming. Head off to a plush, pillowtop, reclining BeautyRest bed with one perfect vacation day behind you and another in store for tomorrow.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
