Welcome to our luxurious villa retreat, where relaxation is the name of the game! Tucked away in the upscale Rotonda West Circle, our haven offers the perfect mix of luxury and convenience, just a stone's throw from stunning beaches.

Inside, you'll find comfort at every turn. Sink into plush beds with top-notch mattresses and enjoy your favorite shows on smart TVs in every room. The spacious living area is perfect for gatherings, featuring a huge sectional sofa and a massive 70-inch smart TV.

Step outside, and paradise awaits. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, fire up the grill for a barbecue, or simply soak in the sun while enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining area.

Rest easy knowing our villa is spotlessly clean and sanitized after each stay, with just two discreet cameras for your security. And for a little extra warmth, you can even opt for pool heating for a small fee.

Unfortunately, NO PETS ALLOWED

The master bedroom offers a high-end king-size mattress, a smart 55" TV, and a private bathroom with double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, a large tub, and a toilet bidet for ultimate comfort.

The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with a high-end, hotel-quality mattress for a restful sleep, and a smart 55" TV. The third bedroom is furnished with top-quality mattresses in full and twin sizes.

For dining, there is a family dining table that seats six and a breakfast table for four, both providing lovely views of the pool and canal. The family/game room is a versatile space for entertainment and relaxation.

In the living room, a large smart 70" TV with cable channels and a comfortable, expandable sectional sofa create a perfect spot for movie nights and gatherings. Sliding glass doors extend the living space to the pool area, where you can enjoy the poolside lounge and outdoor dining area.

The patio is ideal for daytime relaxation and features a Weber gas grill/barbecue for outdoor cooking.

L'emplacement Ă©tait merveilleux et nous avons tous apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans cette demeure trĂšs spacieuse. Les chambres sont parfaites pour accueillir deux couples et deux enfants. Les installations intĂ©rieures et extĂ©rieures comprennent tout ce qui est nĂ©cessaire et mĂȘme plus.La piscine a fait le bonheur des enfants et adultes, mais il y avait un coĂ»t additionnel pour que le chauffe-eau soit mis en fonction, il serait bon de le prĂ©ciser dans l'annonce pour ne pas causer de surprise. MalgrĂ© cela je n'hĂ©site pas Ă  recommander l'endroit et espĂšre y retourner Ă©ventuellement.Merci Julia pour votre hospitalitĂ©.

Lovely house & great location

We came from Indiana and Georgia to make memories as a family and we had such a wonderful time. The house was very clean, there were many games and toys for the kids to play with. Wonderful stay with family!

We stayed here for 4 days at the end of June and enjoyed our stay very much. Our kids (16 and 12) both had a great time in the pool and my 16 year old was very happy to find there was a video game console. Kitchen had everything we needed along with all of the necessities for a beach day. We would definitely stay her again in the future.

Beautiful House, Neighborhood, and Pool

This house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Everything was extremely clean, beds for comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. There are lots of closet space .The kids loved the pool. We liked walking down to the canal in the back and looking at the gators and fish. This house is in a great location close to everything. It is truly a peaceful place. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Pool heater disappointing

Pool was only able to heat for about 6 of the 28 days. Continuing communication with the owner indicated the cooler than normal temperatures were to blame. But with about 4 days to go, a pool compressor repairman found the problem. Wish he had been summoned sooner. Other than that, this was a great place to stay.

Fabulous property

Pictures don’t do justice for this immaculate home away from home. Recently renovated to spectacular modern and efficient home. Owners were wonderful and quick to respond to any concerns we had. The garage available to renters was wonderful to keep our black SUV cooler on the hotter days. The beach accessories were top of the line and were used every other day. We must have over 500 shark teeth collected at beaches 15 - 20 minutes away. The heated pool was glorious. Owners kept it at an ideal temperature. Definitely will look into booking again in the future. If reviews help you select a property

Great Vacation

We loved the home, it was very clean and we loved the style of the art and decor. The pool was a big hit. The kids enjoyed swimming as much as they could!! We loved the location as well. We could be anywhere in a matter of minutes. We definitely would love to come back for another week next summer!!

Perfect House for Vacation

The house was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked and had everything for us to cook meals. We were a large group, 2 families totaling 8. The pullout couch was perfect for the younger ones. The pool was very clean and perfect for cooling down. The beaches were very close and are beautiful. The homeowners were very responsive and supportive in meeting all of our needs during our stay. Check in and checkout was very smooth and quick. Information was sent prior to check in and made checkin very smooth. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We had an amazing time. 😊
