Enjoy and Stay offers you a beautiful, fully renovated chalet, tastefully combining old stone, wood, and modernity, located opposite the slopes of the Roubion Les Buisses resort.
It has two beautiful bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully integrated and equipped and opens onto a beautiful modern living room.
The living room is very bright and cozy, with a beautiful view of the countryside and the slopes. There is a wood-burning stove, ideal for winter evenings (wood not provided).
For summer or sunny winter days, there is also a terrace with a beautiful unobstructed view.
The chalet is ideal for 4 people.
A laundry area is available with a washing machine and dryer.
You will appreciate the proximity to the slopes and the warm, modern decor, which retains a “mountain” style.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.

## Neighborhood

The ‘L'Estive’ chalet is located at the foot of the slopes of the Roubion resort (30 km ski area) and surrounded by long-distance hiking trails. For your equipment, you can get kitted out and hire equipment if needed at the Chalet Les Buisses Ski shop & telemark right opposite. You can also explore the village of Roubion: a medieval hilltop village on the side of a cliff with its 12th-century ramparts, ancient streets, and painted door tour.
Roubion is a family resort surrounded by nature, located about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Nice.
