Located on the ground floor overlooking a quiet courtyard, this elegant and peaceful accommodation offers all the comfort you need for an enjoyable stay: an entrance with storage and coat rack, a modern bathroom, a bright living space with an open-plan kitchen, and a cozy bedroom with a dressing area and workspace.

As you enter, you’ll find a storage unit with cleaning essentials (cleaning products, ironing board and iron, drying rack), as well as a bathroom with a toilet and vanity unit.

In the living room, enjoy a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table, smart TV with stand, a dining table for 4, and unlimited Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, induction cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a washer-dryer.

From the living area, access the bedroom featuring a double bed (140x200 cm), a desk, and a large built-in wardrobe.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

The accommodation is managed by l’ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Bus :
Line T2 (Teor): This bus line crosses several districts of Rouen and may pass close to rue Damiette.
Line 13: This serves various districts of Rouen, and a stop near rue Damiette could be located on this line.
Route 20: This is another bus route serving nearby areas.
TEOR:
TEOR is a high service level bus (BHNS) that offers lines with a high frequency. Lines T1, T2, and T3 pass through the centre of Rouen and near rue Damiette

Metro :
The Rouen metro may also be an option. Although rue Damiette is not directly next to a metro station, line M can be used from the Théâtre des Arts or Palais de Justice stations, which are not far away.

Check-in is done in person with our Key Master starting from 4:00 PM. Check-out must take place no later than 11:00 AM. Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Upon arrival, you will receive complete bed linen, essential products for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.), as well as a large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat for each bathroom. A welcome kit including garbage bags for the kitchen and bathroom, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is also provided free of charge for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to making your stay enjoyable, but please note that we are not a hotel service. Services such as mid-stay cleaning, linen and towel refreshment, replenishment of essential products, or deliveries can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. To ensure your stay goes smoothly and to avoid any disputes related to the security deposit, please follow a few simple rules: treat the accommodation as if it were your own, avoid damage, respect the furniture, and leave the premises clean upon departure. Please also respect check-in and check-out times, use the equipment properly, and maintain the peace of the neighborhood. Should any issues arise, do not hesitate to contact us.

Finally, parties are strictly prohibited (a €250 deduction will be made from the security deposit if violated), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (a €50 deduction will apply if this rule is broken), and pets are not allowed unless previously agreed upon (a €50 deduction will apply if violated). Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at its full replacement value.
