This spacious apartment is conveniently located along the main street of Rural Valley, roughly 13 miles from Kittanning, 25 miles from Indiana and Homer City, and 26 miles from Punxsutawney. This 1st floor apartment is part of a larger building constructed in the late 1800's and has unique architecture including a closed-off servant's staircase.

This private move-in-ready apartment has all the basic essentials to get you started on your mid-to-long-term stay. It is stocked with cooking/eating utensils, bathing necessities, towels, bedding and pillows, hampers, laundry detergent, alarm clocks, and charging ports. We've furnished this unit with traveling work crews, nurses and families in mind. All you need to do is show up with your suitcase and go grocery shopping once you've had a chance to kick back and relax for a spell.

This apartment boasts a very spacious living room with high ceilings, complete with comfortable seating, a smart Roku TV, and a large desk with office chair.

There is plenty of storage space with 4 big closets, a mud room, and a large basement.

The dining room has beautiful hardwood flooring, a high-top table with 6 bar stool chairs, and a buffet server.

The kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, a spacious over-the-range microwave, a gas range, and a clothes washer and dryer.

The main bedroom has a gorgeous queen-sized bed, nightstands, dresser and full-length mirror.

The secondary bedroom has a bunkbed that has a twin-sized bed on top with a full-sized bed on bottom. It also has a comfortable rocking chair, dresser, nightstand, and spacious closet.

The exterior doors have keypad deadbolts, so you don't have to worry about the hassle of keeping track of keys.

We've tried to think of everything to make this as comfortable and convenient for you as possible as your temporary home-away-from-home. All utilities (including trash) are included to make this a carefree and relaxing stay.

This is a no-smoking apartment. We do allow small pets on a case-by-case basis. We look forward to hosting you!
