This Frio River rental is conveniently located on Cedar Lane and is just a short walk to private river access. Guests can float the Frio River from the popular Seven Bluffs river entry and exit at Comanche Crossing, only minutes from the house. Prefer to relax? Cypress Bend allows renters to enjoy the subdivision’s exclusive Frio River access, perfect for swimming, tubing, and people-watching along the river. The river access is upriver from Kenneth Arthur Crossing, one of the best spots on the Frio.

PURE COUNTRY features an open-concept floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and living area. Downstairs includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, while upstairs offers an additional bedroom, sleeping area, and a full bath. TVs are located in the living room and master bedroom.

Pet Policy:
A pet fee of $25 per pet, per day applies. Pets must be kenneled when left unattended and leashed when outside. Pet fees are collected after booking confirmation.

Linens & Towels:
To help keep your stay affordable, guests may bring their own linens and towels. Linen and towel rentals are available for an additional fee with at least 3 weeks’ notice, subject to availability. Additional cost for linens and towels for 16 is $192 + tax.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillow cases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
