This home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more.
All the mattresses are pillow top queen side to have a great quality sleep.

Spacious kitchen, fully stocked , a small dining table for a quick breakfast or lunch and a big dining table is set in the open living / dining area to enjoy meals with your family or friends.
Open floor plan living area with one comfortable sofa and two love set; 65" UHD SMART 4K TV at the living area, 55Inch 4k at the dining area and 55inch Tv in one of bedrooms with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.
Enjoy during summer in our beautiful swing pool.

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking

Check-in: 5 pm.
Check-out: 11 am.

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- Please inform to the host of any visitors during your stay.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a $500 fee.
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- We have a ring door bell at the front door for security reasons.
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- The pool is not available during winter.

We have a pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside, especially if a door or window is left open.
