It comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. Wifi (ADSL fibre), we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 20 m² south-facing living room with sofa, coffee table, dining area and TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...

On the 1ᵉʳ floor
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190), dressing room
- A bathroom with bath, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC

On the 2ᵉ floor
- Bedroom 2 attic: one double bed (140×190)

The house is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Discover the magnificent seaside resort of the Côte de Nacre, the ideal place to explore Normandy
- Explore the emblematic D-Day beaches, as well as the charming towns of Bayeux, Caen and Honfleur.

- The room on the second floor is accessible via a narrow, steep staircase.
- The beach is accessible via the pedestrian alleyway that runs in front of the house.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
