## Description

The villa Les terres douces is perfectly equipped to make it a Crazy Villa: There is a charcoal BBQ on the terrace and a heated pool from April to October. We have added a basketball court , a petanque court and a ping-pong table. The villa can accommodate 31 people.

This is our 22th Crazy Villa. All our other Crazy Villas are available on all platforms and on our website.

The house will be opening on 15/11/2022

We do not guarantee the presence of the Nordic bath

Inside you will find several bedrooms for a total of 30 beds:

- 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets
- A playroom
- A dining room
- Fully equipped kitchen : 2 large refrigerators of 200 L, large freezer of 200 L, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine NESPRESSO and filter, dishwasher, toaster...and of course all the dishes, unbreakable glasses, kitchen utensils, flatware for about thirty people

Outside you will find a beautiful terrace, garden tables and chairs, with a BBQ and finally an outdoor heated swimming pool, generally accessible between April and October.

Bed linen and towels are provided!
Soap, shampoo and shower gel available.

## Villa

The villa is on 2 floors, with a large terrace.
The whole place is privatized for your group at each reservation.
The pool is heated and available from April to October depending on the weather.

## Aperitif, dinner, evening ... and noise pollution!

La Crazy Villa Les terres douces is perfect for all your events with friends, family or for a company seminar.
However, the respect of our neighbors, although they are far away (400 meters and no vis-à-vis thanks to the trees bordering the property), is a priority for us!

We have therefore set up a certain number of precise rules to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay:
- Indoors you can use the speaker provided for your evenings, without particular restriction as long as the doors and windows remain closed. The power of our speaker has been studied to not disturb the neighborhood and allow you to spend an excellent evening :)
- Outside you can have lunch, have an appetizer, have dinner, enjoy the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! The sound volume outside must be limited to 90 Db (noise of a lawnmower) in order not to disturb the neighbors.

A sensor from our partner Roomonitor alerts us if the 70 Db is exceeded outdoors. This allows us to quickly warn you before the neighbors call the police and ruin your stay. You will also find a decibel meter that informs you of the volume of noise and allows everyone to be aware of the possible nuisance caused outside.
It is therefore forbidden to bring your own speakers or microphones to play sound outside... except for the small 3W waterproof JBL for a chill atmosphere at the pool ;)

Don't hesitate to consult our other villas, not all of them have the same outdoor restrictions (Villa du Radar for example), or think about our villas with indoor pool (Villas de la Ricardière and des Champs Corons), where reasonable size speakers are accepted indoors around the pool!

## Transport

I strongly advise you to take Maps to find your way because it is a locality and there is no street number.

## Notes

- BEDS AND BATH TOWELS INCLUDED for the exact number of participants registered at the time of your reservation. Any additional people will incur additional charges, proportional to the number of participants added.
- SOAP, SHAMPOO AND SHOWER GEL ALSO AVAILABLE
- 1 to 2 weeks before your arrival, you will receive an email with all the necessary information for your stay.
- The check in: Digitalized, with a key box outside the gate, and a pre check-in inventory of fixtures to sign in advance.
- Check out: Until 11am on weekdays and 6pm on Sundays (we do not welcome travelers on Sundays, so it is possible to stay later)
- Wood and coal are not included in the package!

In case of booking on Airbnb: the price indicated on Airbnb is for 16 people max. For large groups between 16 and 30 people, there is an extra charge of 50 EUR per person. Please contact us before booking if you are a large group so that I can send you a quote at the right price.
