Located 5km from Perigord Noir's oldest bastide (fortified village) Villefranche Du Perigord, this charming and quiet house consists of three buildings - the main house (three bedrooms), a gite (two bedrooms) and a studio (one bedroom), sleeping up to 12 people in total.
The cottages are not air-conditioned but keep the freshness, there is wifi and TV in each cottage

The houses are composed as follows
First the largest gite, the mill (6 persons) consists of two levels with, on the ground floor: a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet. You will also find the living room with the living room and the dining table. On the first floor: a bedroom with a double bed, a adding single bed in the same room. A second bathroom with bath and toilet.

The studio (2 people) is on one level with a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen open to the living room, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet

Finally the third cottage (4 people) also has two bedrooms: one with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, another with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with bath and toilet

Outdoors has a large terrace with BBQ, dining table and lounge chairs.
The pool is private, unheated and accessible according to weather conditions. The pool area also comes with a picnic table, sun chairs and parasols.
The house is located in the quaint village of Saint Cernin de l'Herm, in the South of the Perigord Noir, and is within an hour's drive of Bergerac, Sarlat, Cahors and many other wonderful local tourist attractions and hiking trails. There are bakeries in Villefranche du Périgord (5 min drive) and Monpazier (15 min drive) as well as restaurants in these two villages
