Located in a quiet residential area, close to the Rond-Point des Vaches roundabout, you are just a few minutes away from the Zénith de Rouen concert hall, the Parc Expo exhibition centre, engineering schools (INSA, ESIGELEC, etc.), the business district and SNCF railway facilities.
SER 3 is a lovely one-bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom, a fitted and fully equipped kitchen with a French press coffee maker open onto the living room, and a shower room with WC. Ideal for a business trip, training course or family weekend, this apartment has four single beds (90x200 cm) that can be pushed together to form two double beds, depending on your needs. You will enjoy a beautiful, modern living space with a 135 cm flat-screen TV, WiFi included, a dining area and storage space. Free parking is available on the street or on site (subject to availability).
The apartment is part of a complex of modular accommodation that can sleep up to 28 people thanks to the adjoining studios and a loft on site – ideal for groups, large families or teams travelling together.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and to respect the premises and the neighbourhood.
