The property will be ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Consumables are provided: coffee and tea pods, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent pods.

Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people and is laid out as follows:

- A dining area for 6 people adjacent to the living room and kitchen, with a sideboard stocked with dishes, tablecloths, and placemats, and a fan

- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), two nightstands with lamps, a closet with hanging space, two chairs, a retractable mosquito net, blackout shutters, and a fan
- A bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be converted into a double bed (180 x 190 cm), a nightstand, a closet with hanging space, a chair, a retractable mosquito net, blackout shutters, and a fan
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine.
- Separate toilet

Enjoy a 147 m² outdoor area, fully fenced, consisting of two sections. A wooden deck at the back of the house features a pergola, outdoor furniture, and a table for 6 people. An artificial turf garden with a recently built pool, a very large umbrella, a barbecue, and 2 lounge chairs round out this pleasant outdoor space.
New to the property: a 2.5 m x 5 m in-ground pool, open year-round. Please note that it is not secured.

Parking is available free of charge in the courtyard or on the side of the street.

On the coast, Étang-Salé Beach is a 19-minute drive away, the Saint-Leu lagoon is 28 minutes away, and Grande Anse Beach is 31 minutes away—perfect for spending wonderful days swimming and relaxing. Nature lovers can reach La Plaine des Makes in 26 minutes or set out to explore the spectacular landscapes of the Cirque de Cilaos, located about an hour’s drive away. Finally, the market and port of Saint-Pierre, accessible in 24 minutes by car, are a must-see for experiencing the atmosphere of the island’s south.
