Completely renovated, this house has been designed to provide moments of relaxation and calm while enjoying the proximity of the magical beaches of the Emerald Coast. On the ground floor, this magnificent duplex comprises a vast living room with a real kitchen and a sitting area arranged around a magnificent fireplace. Upstairs you'll find a spacious, tastefully decorated bedroom and bathroom. You will enjoy a terrace overlooking a large, unoverlooked garden in the peace and quiet of the Saint Lunaire countryside. In the heart of the countryside above Saint Lunaire, you are close to the village centre and its shops and less than 2kms from the beaches of Saint Briac and Saint Lunaire. Just a few kilometres from Dinard and Saint Malo, you can take advantage of the shops and tourist activities on the Emerald Coast.
