Our family home is located in the center of a charming village in the Lauragais region.
Set in 1.3 hectares of wooded parkland, you'll enjoy all the peace and quiet you need to spend time with family and friends.
This 350m2 manor house has been completely renovated and is equipped with a sauna, gym and unheated outdoor swimming pool, available in season.
The accommodation
You have access to the entire house, which spans over 350 m2, in the heart of a 13,000 m2 enclosed park accessible via an automatic gate.
The house opens onto a large hallway, leading to the many rooms in the house.

The first floor includes a large living and dining room of over 50m².
The living room features a fireplace with a functional insert.
Wood is available in winter.
The large sofa and armchairs are ideal for socializing or entertaining on the 75" screen. We love to share our board games.

In the dining room, you'll find a large table that seats 14, with all the crockery and cutlery you need. A 3 m wide projection screen and video projector hidden in the ceiling magically appear if you wish to view your best memories.

Next to the dining room is the kitchen, with a large American fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob and everything else you might need for cooking.
Sparkling water, small or fine bubbles, is available directly from the tap, which also dispenses fresh, filtered water. The coffee machine runs on coffee beans.

On the first floor of the south tower is the kitchen, which opens onto a patio with an outdoor table for 8 and a barbecue. The outdoor table can be converted into a recreational ping-pong table in a jiffy.

A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available.
The first office on the first floor has a 120cm-wide double bed.
In the second office on the first floor is a convertible sofa bed with Bultex 140 × 200 mattress. A rugby-themed shower room is adjacent.

On the first floor, there is a separate Japanese toilet with hand-washer.

On the second floor are four bedrooms: a large suite with a 180x200 queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
Our children's bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with two single beds, are spacious and both have en-suite showers.
A large bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a single bed is at the end of the corridor.

Opposite, you'll find a separate WC and access to the wellness area.

The hot stone sauna can accommodate two semi-recumbent or three seated guests.
The sauna must be heated 30 minutes in advance.

On the second floor of the North Tower, the gym is equipped with a espalier, a TV with sports coaching channels, a pro balance board and a semi-recumbent bike. Three yoga mats are available.

The outdoor saltwater swimming pool (unheated) is open from June to the end of August. Access is protected by a keyed gate.

This old house is equipped with all modern comforts, including an efficient internet connection throughout.

The park features a number of remarkable species, including large sequoia trees, and an orchard where fruit-picking is permitted in season.
