Welcome to this charming stone house offering a breathtaking panoramic view of a vast 2000m2 garden, overlooking the magnificent Buzet vineyard and the majestic Landes forest. With a capacity of 2 to 8 people, our cottage is perfect for intergenerational stays or between friends.
With a surface area of 100m2, this residence offers on the ground floor a spacious bedroom with a 140x190 bed and two 90x200 beds, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher opening onto a warm living room and its fireplace, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a charming mezzanine awaits you with two 90x190 beds convertible into a king size bed on request, as well as a third bedroom with a 140x190 bridge bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Also enjoy a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and a barbecue, as well as a pétanque court. Private parking and a bicycle garage are also at your disposal.
For your comfort, cozy heating is provided by a pellet stove inserted in the fireplace.
Just 2 km away, discover the greenway, restaurants, shops, the producers' market, as well as Lake Damazan with its beach and water ski lift and the Buzet wine cellar.
There is no shortage of leisure activities: take part in a free treasure hunt, enjoy moments of relaxation, go hiking, fishing or explore the rich gastronomy and local heritage.
