We offer this charming air-conditioned studio apartment with shared pool for rent in Saint-Raphaël, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. With a surface area of 28 m² and located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with bathtub). Bed linen and towels not included - we're waiting for you!

- 1 queen-size bed (160×200) that can be folded away to optimize space

- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from May 1 to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate.
- A 6 m² balcony with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint Raphaël Valescure 1.2 km (15 min walk)
- Nearest airport: Nice airport 62 km (50 min by car)
