## Logement
The property was renovated in early 2025 (painting and electrical work). The child's bed has been replaced with a trundle bed (2 x 90 cm). All bedding and pillows are new. Professional cleaning is included in the price.
My apartment is composed of a sleeping area with a double bed (new mattress and box spring), an independent equipped kitchen, a bathroom with window and a living room with television and sofa bed to relax.
The secure residence has a common green space and the swimming pool (separate pool for children). The balcony allows you to have lunch outside and overlooks a pine forest, ideal playground for children. The apartment is located in a quiet area, far from the road and the railway. A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

All local shops and typical markets (Monday and Thursday mornings in season) are located in Boulouris (16 minutes by foot or 3 by car). The beach of La Péguière (supervised) is 10 minutes away by foot. Everything is accessible within 20 minutes walking distance, which allows you to come by train (there is a station in Boulouris). My apartment is located 6 minutes by car from the center of Saint-Raphaël and 5 minutes from the Port of Boulouris.
Don't miss to visit the must-see places of Saint-Raphaël such as: Notre-Dame Basilica (7 minutes by car), San Rafeu Tower (7 minutes) and Bonaparte Garden (7 minutes).
The Estérel and Littoral paths are only 4 minutes away by car for unforgettable walks and hikes.

As for the most beautiful beaches, you will have : The magnificent Plage de la Tortue with an excellent restaurant 4 minutes away by car; the Plage du Veillât in the center of Saint-Raphaël (6 minutes) and the beach of Saint-Aygulf (17 minutes by car).

For the rental of nautical equipment and accessories, Nautique Concept is 5 minutes away by car and for the sailing fans, Le Club Nautique de Saint Raphaël is 6 minutes away.
