The house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood.
This 120 m2 residence has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 occupants.

- Entrance hall with cupboards and WC.
- Lounge with sofas, armchairs, television, DVD player and wood-burning stove.
- Living room with large dining table.
- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, piano, food processor).
- Utility room with storage space, washing machine and tumble dryer.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1 with double bed 180 and storage space.
- Bedroom 2 with two 90cm single beds and small
chair.
- Bedroom 3 with two single beds (90cm).
- Bathroom with bath and shower.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- Garden of 1,000 m2 on a plot of 5,000 m2.
- Heated swimming pool.
- Veranda with garden furniture and barbecue.
- Parking for approximately 4 cars in front of the house.

Premium hotel-quality ironed linen, disinfected to ISO 9001 and RABC standards.

If you do not wish to take out this option, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact bedding sizes after your booking so that you can prepare your trip as well as possible.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin liners and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes : Complete bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
