Nestled in the TREETOPS sits your next family vacation in this spacious and stylish home. The location is ideal: it's quiet and private, yet 3 mins to Holimont, 6 mins to town and 11 mins to Holiday Valley. This home boast 3 floors of living space including 2 living rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 11 beds, 2 roll away beds and can accomodate 19 people with beds. Featuring: Sauna, 2 person jacuzzi, wifi, 3 TVs, large deck, sledding hill, BBQ and nature abound.
The space
Open floor plan main living space. Large kitchen is fully equipped, center island is great for entertaining and seats 4. Dining table seats 10 in chairs and 13 using bench seating. 2 steps down opens to large living room space. Left side of this room is walled with windows and pours nature's scape into the space. Play games on the game table/coffee table or cozy up by the fire and watch a movie in the grand and detailed living room. There is a half bath on the main floor. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom has a luxury king size bed, fireplace, smart TV and on-suite bath with 2 person jacuzzi tub. The 2 additional bedrooms are large with comfy queen beds. There is a toddler bed in an upstairs closet that is suitable for a 1-4 year old child. The additional bedrooms share a full bath off the hall. On the lower level you'll find a large second living room with large, comfortable sofas and a cozy trundle day twin bed that seats 3 or sleeps 2. You will find 2 rollaway beds in the living room closet that are perfect for any additional guests. The 4th bedroom/bunk room sleeps 9. There is a 3rd full bathroom with a walk-shower. The Sauna is located on the lower level, down the hall for the full bath on the way the the ski storage/dressing room and laundry.
Outside you'll find a covered porch with 2 rockers, a large deck that runs the length of the backside of the house, a fantastic sledding hill all surrounded by nature. This home is secluded in the woods for a peaceful stay.
Guest access
There is plenty of parking on the property with 7 spaces and a extra long driveway. Guests have main house all to themselves, including massive deck and view of nature.
Other things to note
Above the garage is a one bedroom apartment that can be rented with the main house for additional guest. It is possible that the apartment could be occupied if it is not rented as a bundle with the main house.

House Rules
Remove all shoes and boots (including ski boots) upon entry
No shoes allowed
Ski equipment is to be left in garage or be taken down stairs via the garage door, door to left. This is the ski dressing room
No parties
Please load dishwasher with all dirty dishes and run dishwasher on your way out
Remove all garbage daily from the home and dispose of it in the provided garbage totes. Do not leave garbage outside or in the garage.
Ski bags/Boot bags should remain in the garage or be taken downstairs via the garage door, door to left. This is the ski dressing room
Must be 25 years old to secure rental
In order to protect our property and our guests, we have two (2) security cameras. Camera #1 is located on the front porch, it points to the front door, firepit and firewood; it's on 24/7. Camera #2 is located at the garage door and points to the parking area in the driveway; it's on 24/7.
