Savor a taste of the tropics in Sandia, a one-bedroom apartment decorated in delightfully fruity murals and vibrant colors.

This completely private apartment was artfully designed with a local muralist. The bed frame, which cradles a queen sized, memory foam mattress, was hand-crafted by a local woodworker.
It has a full-size, well stocked kitchen, a dining space island that strategically doubles as kitchen storage, and ample closet space. There is a window air conditioner, fast WiFi (above 800 Mbps,) and a Roku TV.

Please note that the ropes along the perimeter of the bed will not withstand weight. They are decorative only.

Plenty of dishes, cookware, and linens for your needs. There is a starter set of coffee and tea, as well as some small meal and snack items in the cupboard.

You’ll be given a personal code to the front door, and another code to the apartment.

Please do not have mail or packages delivered to this address. There is not a key available to the mailbox, and anything inside is unretrievable. Instead, please set up a PO Box at the Post Office or the UPS Store instead.

It is unlikely that you will see us, unless requested, though we live in the area and can assist with any supply or maintenance needs. Just a quick message away.

This apartment is ideally for traveling professionals. In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon booking we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement.

The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts.

This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason.

This is a building of eight apartments. There are five (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You’re welcome to park there, if there’s room. Otherwise, unreserved on-street parking is available.

There is an app-operated laundry setup in the basement.
