The Twin Flats (Audrey and Far East Escape)

This is two separate apartments, in the same building, directly across the hall from eachother.
Perfect for traveling co-workers, or a couple’s weekend, where you still want some privacy.

Each apartment has its own front door, it’s own full kitchen, and it’s own bathroom. There are absolutely no shared spaces, other than the hallways before your front doors.

One apartment is decorated in an Asian-inspired aesthetic, and is called Far East Escape.
The other is decorated as a nod to Audrey Hepburn, and is called Audrey.

This building has eight total apartments in it.
These two, are both on the second floor, (15 steps up) across the hallway from eachother.
They each have their own front door.

Far East Escape enters into a full kitchen with cooking utensils and dishes for full meals, as well as dining seating for two.
The bedroom features a queen sized memory foam bed against a bamboo backdrop, a traditional Japanese tea table, and Shogi screen, with other Asian-inspired decor throughout.
There is an additional living space with a fold-out futon couch which can sleep two more people, and a full bathroom with standup shower.

Audrey enters into a full kitchen including a four person dining space. Chandeliers bathe you in golden light, as you ready at the vintage vanity. A queen sized memory foam bed, loveseat, record player, and vibrant bathroom with standup shower complete the space. There is an additional twin sized daybed, and a twin sized trundle, for two additional guests.

These two apartments would make an excellent getaway for two couples who would like their own space, but still want to travel together, or traveling co-workers.

In the basement is app-operated laundry.

Plenty of dishes and linens for your needs. There is a starter set of coffee and tea, as well as some small meal and snack items in the cupboard.

You’ll be given a personal code to the front door, and other codes to each of the apartments. No keys to lose!

It is unlikely that you will see us throughout your stay, though our housekeeping and maintenance teams are available as needed.

This is an “up and coming neighborhood” in a capital city. There are some buildings around us that are less beautiful than ours.
Some of our favorite breakfast spots are within walking distance! Ask for more recommendations! One mile to all the fun that downtown has to offer.

In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon booking we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement.

Do not have mail or packages delivered here. If something is delivered inside one of the mailboxes. it will not be able to be retrieved. Instead, please set up a PO Box at the Post Office or the UPS Store.

The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts.

This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason.

This is a building of eight apartments. There are four (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You’re welcome to park there, if there’s room.

There is app-operated laundry setup in the basement.
