The downstairs bathroom is newly remodeled and has an easy access shower.
Upstairs is the master suite with a king bed and a private spa like bathroomđ with a jetted 2-person tub and a separate tiled shower. There are also three additional private bedrooms, 2 containing queen beds, and one with a king bed, and all share a completely remodeled full bathroom with a oversized shower.
This large home has many areas where you can get away and relax privately, while still enjoying friends and family.
The spectacular lake front is enjoyed with this 5 bedroom 3 full bath home on private Whitewater Lake. Boasting 150 ft of lakeshore, solid bottom footing around the dock area, tons of porches and decks, and an easy sloped walk down to the oversized dock, this home is designed for the best in outdoor fun. This home does not have steep, multiple stairways to get to the lake, unlike other large homes on the lakes here.
This lake does not allow jetskis, so it is quiet and relaxing, and being a private lake, there is no public access, so it is never crowded.
The main upstairs level features a big sun porch for winter, with an electric fireplace, and an additional screen porch for relaxing without worries. The sunroom is attached to a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and another electric fireplace to add warmth and a romantic feel.
The screen porch is an "adults only" retreat with comfortable furniture and a dart board đŻfor adult fun. This is attached to the "Lake " bedroom with a queen bed. There are also full laundry facilities located upstairs.
