With an outdoor balcony and an en-suite available - If your a home person and want to stay in, we have board games available and our classic Nintendo Wii.
Or if you are more of an outdoor person then next door to you will be the heart of Manchester City Centre for you to explore. Restaurants near by are:
Akbars Indian, Dishoom, JimmysKillerPrawns.
Arndale shopping centre is a 5 minute drive away!
Manhatta, Lane7 & more fun places nearby
The space:
The kitchen has all utensils and necessities you need especially if you are looking for a long term booking:
- ElectricHob
- Oven
- Cutlery/Pots and pans
- Dish washer
- Plates and glasses
- Washer+dryer
- First aid kit
- Toaster
- Kettle
- Microwave
- Fridge and freezer
Rest assured, if you were booking a long term stay your kitchen will be stocked up fully.

- A flat screen TV with access to Netflix, YouTube and our old school classic Nintendo Wii for some entertainment!
- Or if its just 1 or 2 people staying for work purposes - you can use the living room table and sofa to work from home too! (keep an eye out for any updates on our property description as we are getting together a new workspace in our apartment soon come)
Our main bathroom & En - suite consists of a:
- Big mirror
- Sink
- Shower
- Toilet
- Shampoos and shower gel
- Towels
Guest access:
The whole place is yours!
but the storage cupboard is for staff and cleaners only.

We do not allow pets.
We do not allow smoking in premises.
There is residential parking round the corner from the apartment
Noise level should be moderate from 8pm - 8am.
