Pass The Keys is delighted to offer a stunning mill conversion apartment. As you walk Inside, you'll find a large open-plan living and kitchen space featuring 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. This highly sought-after apartment boasts a fantastic location, you will be just moments from the city center, with direct links outside the city right from your doorstep. The colourful design combines high ceilings and modern décor, while still retaining an industrial feel as you navigate the complex.

- Standard check-in time is 4 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10 am.
- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
- No Parties will be tolerated
- My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners, and soap.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
Additional rules
- Parties are strictly prohibited
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, if you are found smoking on my property you will be fined £100
- A charge of £20 per hour will be charged for each hour you check out after 10:00 Am unless agreed otherwise
- If you lose keys you will be charged £100 so please be careful with them
-Please try to tidy up the best you can before departure.
-If anything is found broken upon check-out you will pay for damages
- Extra guests are not allowed
- Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10 pm
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in Manchester, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
