All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

This townhome is beautiful and within walking distance to historic downtown Salida. It was very comfortable for two families of four, well stocked, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The attached two stall garage was very convenient. We will definitely book this townhome the next time we visit Salida.

The property is lovely and very well equipped. The agency staff is responsive. Broken microwave replaced the next day. The air conditing was a continuing problem however. The new mini splits are giving them a lot of trouble and they need to help users who have never encountered this new thing to understand and operate them. That said, we were uncomfortably warm in the evenings for most of our stay, one bedroom has no minisplit and in one bedroom they never got it to work...so if you are coming in summer, ask hard questions about what you can expect.

Heaven in Salida

My family and i absolutely loved this space and voted it our best ever. We'll definitely be back. Lovely open spaces, comfortable living room furniture and very comfy beds. The kitchen is well equipped and also has a good-sized pantry. Both primary bedrooms are en suite. Hall bath for 2 other bedrooms. Gorgeous snow-covered mountain view and a short walk to downtown. Highly recommend!!!

We rented both houses on this property for almost a week, and the difference between them was huge.Back House – Amazing! Can't say that enough. Loved that it was newer build, great design, open floor plan, warm floors, even the bath towels are wildly impressive. Everything felt well thought out, from the aesthetics to the little details (even the towels were great). It was super comfortable and clearly well-managed. The instructions to operate fireplace was thoughtful, my only recommendation is to also have one for the coffee maker as it took a few days to figure out. Front House – Cozy... but LackingThe front house had a nice vibe and was well-designed, but it felt unfinished. The fact that there are only hangers and no storage in the bedrooms is nothing compared to the basement stairs. They are an abomination and that one feature completelyruins this house. Luckily we were able to keep all of the older folks on the first floor because there was no way they’d make it up and down multiple times a day. The “watch your head” sign honestly felt like a joke. Being a travel advisor, I can not fathom how this is not pictured.Overall, the back house was fantastic and would definitelystay again and recommend to anyone, but the front house needs the stairs redone and bedroom storage.

Everything you could possibly need

I’ve rented in Salida at least four times now. This was the prettiest and most well appointed condo we have rented so far. There were six adults, two infants and a toddler. The home was clean, nicely decorated, even equipped with a high chair, which was a nice surprise. I cook a lot for my family. I had everything I needed to do that. It’s nice 10 minute walk along the river to town. The very fair price reflects the fact that it doesn’t have a river view, but we’re so busy during the days it doesn’t matter. I would definitely rent here again.

Perfect Rental!

This condo was the nicest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. It looked brand new, was beautifully decorated, and was stocked with plenty of products. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The rooftop deck was fun, beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were amazing. Just a few blocks from town. Lots of communication from rental company. Already planning to book again for our trip next year! Highly recommend.

Beautiful backyard

This property was very comfortable and lovely to just hang out in the backyard! I found the beds to be to high off the ground. Making it so you had to climb into bed. Outside of that the property was a good location!

Great Salida Find

Beautiful new townhome in downtown Salida, walking distance to all the town has to offer. Close to great hiking, shopping and eating. The townhome is very clean, very tastefully decorated and is stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Accommodations were perfect for 6 adults- 2 couples, 2 individuals. Great location; easy check in; we enjoyed walking downtown for the bluegrass festival and also easy access to the store. We cooked several meals in the well-stocked kitchen and had space to eat inside or on the roof.

Great Place to Stay in Salida

Very clean, well equipped, and spacious property near downtown Salida. Extra points for rooftop access and BBQ grill on the deck. Mountain views in the morning were special. Definitely plan to return.

Great place near the river

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a newer property that is nicely outfitted with plenty of space for all of us (2 kids and 3 adults). It's a nice walk - or a quick bike ride - to F Street. Definitely recommended.
