Amazing location

We enjoyed this house so much. We were able to bring our dog and he loved the yard. Such a great location to the beach and to the restaurants. Parking was awesome. House is so deceiving those three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. It’s perfect for a summer week.

Great location!

Great little spot, super close to the beach- favorite part is the yard, lots of space for cornhole or other outdoor games, also love the fire pit and party lights. Very clean, only thing we could have used is more countertop space in kitchen b/c we cook a lot. Definitely not complaining though, had a wonderful week there!

Great Family Getaway!

The house had everything we needed! Highlights Include - AC units in every bedroom, short walk to beach and boardwalk, grill access, fire pit, and plenty of parking spots! Room for improvement -It would be nice to have a clothes line to hang towels after returning from the beach every day. Great communication with owners. Would recommend and consider staying again.

Best time with the family

This was our second year and we just love this place. So conveniently located. We love the new outside bar to sit at and the lights that are strung above. We weren’t there on Saturday and really wished we were to see the fireworks again. If you have a little one I would suggest bringing a gate for the stairs. We can’t wait to come back again!

Great Experience

Wonderful place to land!

We enjoyed this lovely and comfortable home with a really great outdoor space. Everything is easy - easy access/walk to the beach, an easy walk to Salisbury's boardwalk, and an easy drive to Newburyport. And, we appreciated the easy and clear communication with the host too. It was a wonderful place to land for a weekend get-away.

Cute house! Excellent location & yard!

We loved the short walk to the beach. Loved having an outdoor space. The grassy yard with fire pit & wood provided was great! The house is super cute. Beds were comfy. All the little extras was so nice. Coffee,cream, wine etc. also parking for 3 cars was perfect for our family! We cant wait to go back!!!

Awesome Beach House For Family Vacation!

This was the perfect property for a family beach vacation! The location was amazing. Just a few minute walk to the beach and the center. Plenty of parking. Nice sized yard with everything you need including fire pit, picnic table, plenty of chairs, and grill. Something that I loved about the layout of the house was that there is one bedroom downstairs, right next to the bathroom which worked out great for my elderly mother with mobility issues. Last but not least, the host was very kind, accommodating, and extremely quick to respond. Checking in and out was a breeze. Overall, my family and I loved this house and would definitely rent it again in the future if it is available!!

Amazing!!!

This place has it all!! Comfort! Convenience! Cleanliness! It was completely a home away from home. It has everything you may need to have an amazing seamless vacation. 1 bedroom downstairs, 3 upstairs which allows everyone their space, with plenty of storage in each room. They put thought into every single detail inside and out, including bedding, towels/washcloths, utensils, pots & pans, cups, bowls, plates, grill, fireplace, picnic table with umbrella, a beach cart, Adirondack chairs...literally everything! There was always plenty of hot water with up to 8 people taking showers. Parking for 3 trucks and a car AND a side/back yard! Thats right, a YARD!! Clear view of fireworks from the yard, a cute patio in front. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping! I could go on and on! We will most definitely be staying again next year!!

Great vacation house

Easy access to the beach (no more than 5 minutes walk), large parking area, nice yard with all commodities like bbq, fire pit, beach chairs. Beds were confortable. Well equiped kitchen with all the basics. Salisbury is a great destination for a beach vacatation. We were 4 adults and 3 children and everybody had a great time. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and made us feel welcome .

Just perfect

Clean, comfortable, everything you need for a wonderful stay and so many extra little touches. It's like having your own second home and so close to quiet beach and boardwalk. Less crowded than Hampton Beach yet only a10 minute drive to the bandshell. My family (3 generations) all raved about the property, accommodated the needs of all easily and comfortably, we even had a lobster boil with grilled steak and it all came together effortlessly at this lovely house. We'll definitely book again next year. A real hidden gem!
