✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.



Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire house, which consists of 3 apartments. Guests may access each unit via keyless entry using our smartlock technology. We will provide a unique code and instructions on use prior to your arrival.

Salisbury Beach is an ever-evolving vacation destination for many families, couples and friends throughout the U.S. and overseas. This unique area, centrally located to many of New England’s top destinations offers something for everyone – Beaches, dining, arcades, shopping, concerts, golf, shows and much more. This property is located within a short drive to Newburyport MA, Portsmouth NH, Plum Island, MA, Hampton Beach, NH and Kittery, ME.



Getting Around:

A car is needed to get to the property and nearby attractions. However - once here, simply walk across the street to the beach :)

FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. If you have any questions, please ask.
