House Rules:

Pets are not allowed.

1st. We are available to anyone visiting the property to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Extra towels are €4/person.

3rd. Check-in Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key collection from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM).

Check-in time: from 4:00 PM.

Check-in time: no later than 8:00 PM. Otherwise, keys will be left in a coded lockbox at our office.

4th. If it was safe to leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen was already clean and tidy, and guests were not allowed to leave trash in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and our neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present identification documents and confirm the contract.

7. The booking will be handled by Apartbeach upon pre-authorization of the card.

8. The tourist rate (€1 per person per day, maximum 7 days) will be handled by ApartBeach and will be reserved for the day of check-in.
