Other things to note
This location requires you to be of a minimum age of 25 years.
1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated, and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated.
- Our floors and carpets are super clean. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES.
- Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free.
- Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.

2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).

3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.

4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine.

5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road.
- You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.

6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- LOST KEY FOB is $150.
- LOST Garage Sensor IS $150.
- If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30.
- Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.

7. GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security.
-- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help.
-All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices.
-All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest.


8. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500.
-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations.

9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.

10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.

11. DO NOT CONTACT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGEMENT FOR ANY REASON, they will only work with us.

This place was amazing!! So clean and so much space. Bathrooms off each bedroom and awesome kitchen and terrace for morning coffees. Walking distance to downtown which was fantastic. Corner grocery market only half block away which was perfect and so handy for meals in. Loved the hot tubs and other entertainment options in the adjoining building!! Would highly recommend!! P

Terrific Work or Play Retreat! Home is wonderfully set near downtown, capital and trails. Patio space and main level was comfortable and well appointed and the bedrooms allowed for quiet space with individual bathrooms. Private garage was also a huge plus. We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful condo with amazing amenities - the view from the pool is gorgeous! Check-in instructions were super helpful as well. The one potentially big downside is that it is located right next to an active train track with very frequent train horns going off. We weren't at the condo much, and used noise machines at night, but our beds would rattle at night when a train went by. We got used to it, but something to consider when booking. Otherwise a really great stay!

This place is amazing! Comfortable, beautifully decorated, lots of space and stocked with everything you need. The soaker tub was a lovely surprise! Location is convenient for exploring SLC, and just a quick trip north to Antelope island and beautiful Ogden. Hosts were helpful and very attentive when we needed them. Check in and out was a breeze and OMG the AMENITIES. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient to Trains and 24 hr Dog Park

Did I miss something in the on-line description of the townhouse? The townhouse was nice, but the location was something less than ideal. It was literally right next to train tracks (both Commuter, and FREIGHT Trains) that were ACTIVE 24 Hrs per day. It reminded me of the movie "My Cousin Vinny". Sorry, but my description is 'Dead on Balls Accurate'. Oh, and the 24 hr Dog Park has STADIUM LIGHTING. We did NOT have a good night's sleep for the whole week. I don't expect you to publish this, but I just want you to know my feelings.
