This home features one level living including three bedrooms and two bathrooms with additional common space for extra sleeping. We welcome you to the beautiful backyard perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with friends and family. Equipped with a doorbell and backyard cameras for your safety. . Fiber/wifi and off street parking.

This is the place for your family. So well supplied with everything you want. Wonderfully large kitchen and the backyard is outstanding. Owners responded quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this house.

We didn’t realize that the property backs up to the freeway, which made the backyard extremely noisy. We also had hoped to play pickle ball, but there was no ball or rackets on the other hand of the house was very comfortable and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was lacking a few things, but there were a lot of nice touches like popcorn and snacks along with bottles of water.

This house was fantastic. Son was doing a motocross camp at Jordan River and had my younger son and wife with me. Easy to Jordan River and easy to downtown to balance everything. The house was super comfortable and the backyard was amazing. Loved the house. My son wants to do the camp next year, so will definitely look to use the property again.

The house was so cute from the outside. It has wonderful curb appeal. The inside was so clean and looked very updated. The backyard was amazing, The hot tub was wonderful, and it was very well landscaped. The location is great to get anywhere. We were there for Lagoon and a concert and the house is located so close to the freeway and made it easy! We loved it and plan to rebook in October!!

The property owner went out if her way to help us change our dates due to uncontrollable circumstances with our trip. She was kind and compassionate toward our situation. The property was very well kept, clean, and stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The property owners have put a lot of thought into updating an older property. The only thing I would add would be a pizza pan to cook pizza in the oven but we made it work without that.

LOVE!

Absolutely love this home!! Convenient to grocery stores, shopping, airport, pretty much anything you want to do. Host is always amazing and accommodating. Very well stocked with kitchen equipment, awesome backyard grill and hot tub as well as basketball court, pickleball, fire pit. It’s a must for us when in Salt Lake.

Graduation

Myself and my 3 brothers were here for a niece and a nephew graduation. The property is amazing. Can’t say enough good things about the backyard. We hung out back there two days in a roll, played some beanbag toss. We didn’t get to use the hot tub. The house is very cleaned and accommodating to the 4 of us. Appreciate Sheri for checking in on us. Really recommend this property for your next visit to SLC. Thank you.

Loved the outdoor sitting area, BBQ, basketball court, corn-hole and grassy area. Kitchen was fully stocked. Short drive to the Hogle Zoo and Aquarium. House was clean and comfortable.

The owners have done a fantastic job renovating an older home. The yard—front and back—is immaculate. The backyard is the real draw for this property—grill, hot tub, seating, combo basketball/pickle ball court, lawn, and garden. I would highly recommend it to families with children. Great place to relax outdoors while the kids play.

Cozy, fun, and convenient stay

Booked this house for a ski trip with friends, as it was close enough to the resorts at a great cost! House has lots of amenities. We played basketball the first night and the hot tub came in great use after long ski days!Sheri was an excellent host, very communicative and available when needed. Overall very happy with our stay here!

Great Location/House/Backyard

Perfect spot for my family. Property was very clean and well stocked. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. The location was perfect - close to the city, restaurants, shopping, Delta Center, and skiing. The backyard was very private and perfect for hanging out and grilling or soaking in the hot tub. We had a heavy snow overnight while we were there and a crew showed up in the morning to very quickly clear the sidewalks, back table, patio, grill, hot tub, etc., which was a nice surprise. The host was very responsive and helpful/accommodating. We would stay here again if we ever venture back to SLC/Utah.
