Business Travelers - the house is supplied with high speed WiFi (GFiber 1GB). Great connection for remote work & video calls. Only a half mile away from the Foothill exit on I-80/I-215 (Belt Route) which provides fast access to downtown SLC and Silicon Slopes business districts.
Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms have queen beds & black out curtains. The master bedroom features built-in dimmable bedside sconces with walkout access to the back patio.
Bathroom:
Recently renovated with a large rainfall shower head, heated Toto bidet, custom made vanity, large mirror, and dimmable accent lighting.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with all cookware, coffee maker & complimentary coffee, dishes & silverware, baking sheets, etc.
Laundry:
The washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet by the bathroom.
Parking:
There is a large driveway that runs along the side of the house and leads around back where it opens up to a larger parking area. Cars can be parked out on the street or anywhere in the driveway.
Back Patio & Yard:
There is access through a sliding glass door to the covered and mostly enclosed patio through the first bedroom. The patio has outdoor seating around the gas fire pit and lit up with string lights making for a really great vibe.
We make self check-in available by giving you detailed check-in instructions with the access code the day before your arrival.
You will be able to self check-in upon arrival, but we are only a message or phone call away and will promptly respond if any needs arise. We are here for you doing your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you!
The neighborhood is gorgeous with all the older homes that have been well kept and preserved, along with the mountain views and many local parks.
Most people bring vehicles, but if you'd rather not there is local transportation available through SLC city transit. Uber & Lyft are also very active in the area.
We strive for nothing less than 5-star stays and aim for the opportunity to be your hosts. Our dedicated team is prepared to assist our guests promptly. However, please bear in mind that we operate differently from a hotel, and we do not have round-the-clock front desk services.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am prompt, unless late check out has been discussed and agreed upon in advance. Unapproved late checkout after 60 minutes e.g. check-out 11:00am or later will be levied an additional $50 per hour fee.
Quiet Hours:
Guests need to be quiet and respectful to their neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10pm - 8am. These quiet hours are strictly enforced.
No Parties:
Strictly no parties. This is NOT a party property as it is located in a quiet residential area and we are respectful of the neighbors.
No Smoking:
Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking permitted inside the property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $200 fee plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.
No Illicit Drugs or Activities:
Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.
No Pets:
Please note that no pets are permitted in this property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $100 fee in addition to the costs of any damages or extra cleaning caused by the pet.
Infant & Children Supervision:
Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards. Supervision of children is essential and is the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Trash:
There is a garbage can in the kitchen as well as one in each bathroom, with extra trash bags under each sink. Please use appropriately by taking trash out when full and not allowing to overflow. There is a large black garbage can outside at the front of the driveway, as well as a blue recycling can. Please help us as Hosts by not allowing any smelly trash to linger in the the home too long, and to take trash out regularly, along with recyclable items.
Cleaning:
Please assist us by leaving the premises clean and tidy, with cutlery and cooking utensils washed and put away. If dishes are left in the dishwasher they have been scrubbed of any food/left overs and the dishwasher was started before checking out. Bedding is to be left on the beds and towels and bath mats left hanging in the bathroom to dry. The property will be professionally cleaned upon your check-out so a deep clean isn't necessary, but we ask for your help in preserving the cleanliness and quality of the property by leaving it as close to it was when you arrived as possible. If the property is excessively messy/dirty and there is evidence that guests did not make any effort to pick up after themselves, any additional cost charged by the cleaners will be passed on to the guests.
Broken or Stolen Property:
Guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.
Inspections:
The Hosts can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.
Lost & Forgotten Items:
Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you.
