University Home is well located, just blocks from the U of U campus, central to many hospitals, and about a mile from downtown Salt Lake, Temple Square and Museums, in the coveted Avenues of Salt Lake City with charming Victorian houses. Close to downtown and public transportation yet in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Being fully furnished, University Home is great longer term housing for those attending or working at the University of Utah for a few months to several years.

Airbnb communication works great. I respond quickly. We want to be sure our guests are comfortable. We are private individuals, not a large corporation. Our cleaners work hard to keep our properties clean and can assist with minor needs. Our properties are covered by home warranty polices and repairmen can be sent out to repair any appliance, plumbing or electrical problems. Our handyman can be available as needed. Heber, where I live, is an hour from the property. I can come into town if needed. We will do everything we can to ensure you have a good stay.

You will have the entire apartment to your self with a private entrance. This is part of our four Plex set in a quiet residential area of beautiful Victorian homes. Your apartment includes a private laundry area, a small kitchen, a living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is a parking lot behind the building and free parking on the street.

Location Location Location!!! A stone’s throw away from U of U, the heart of SLC, Temple square and some of the best Museums Utah has to offer. You’ll love being centrally located in the Avenues of SLC and touring the beautiful Victorian style neighborhoods. You won’t find a better place to stay if you’re visiting Utah for a University visit, graduation, medical treatment, downtown wedding, ski trip, convention center, general conference, genealogy, business meetings, etc.

We have a small parking lot behind the four plex. Free street parking is also available. Order an Uber or Lyft or walk up the block to the bus stop. If you love to walk, you can walk to the University of Utah campus.
