Sleeping up to three guests across two cosy bedrooms, this delightful cottage blends traditional features with thoughtful, modern touches – the perfect base for couples, small families, or solo adventurers looking to explore the North York Moors.



Step inside and you’re greeted by an airy, open-plan living space with high, beamed ceilings, a feature fireplace, and stylish furnishings. The cottage feels light and welcoming throughout, with a calming palette and soft textures that create a true home-from-home feel. For added warmth and ambience, a wood-burning stove is available for you to use throughout your stay.



The well-equipped kitchen and farmhouse-style dining area make self-catering simple and sociable, while the living room is made for cosy evenings with its comfy sofa and warm ambience.



Bedroom one features a serene king-size bed fitted with a luxurious Hypnos mattress for a restful night's sleep. Bedroom two includes a comfortable single bed – ideal for a child or third guest.



The modern bathroom includes a standard shower cubicle with a step up, along with everything needed for a refreshing start or end to the day.

The keys to Lane Farm Cottage are accessed via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.



Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.



A starter pack of kindlin/wood will be at the property for the fire. More supplies will be available to purchase on site (further details will be provided prior to check-in).

Getting Around:

The nearest train station to Easington can be found in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, just six miles away from Lane Farm Cottage by road. Saltburn Train Station has direct services operating to locations across North Yorkshire and the North East including Bishop Auckland, Darlington, Middlesbrough, Newton Aycliffe, Redcar, Shildon and Thornaby-on-Tees.



Two bus routes operate in Easington. Hop on the 5 service to visit Guisborough, Loftus, Middlesbrough and Skelton-in-Cleveland, or travel on the X4 to take in the sights of Redcar and Whitby.
