IT26 Sea View Bungalow with 3 Suites, Right on the Sand - Varandas do Mar Residential

Duplex bungalow style apartment, right on the sand, located in the Varandas do Mar Condominium, in Itacimirim, with a pool overlooking the sea and private access to the beach!

The space is fully furnished, has a living room with cable TV (Sky), Wi-fi, full kitchen, 3 air-conditioned suites (1 on the ground floor) and a great balcony to relax!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled).

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1 (Ground Floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Suite 2 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe;

Suite 3 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe.

Note: In addition to 6 adults, my space accommodates 1 child up to 12 years old.
