**We charge for electricity and water consumption for reservations of more than 5 nights;

***A security deposit of R$700.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);

****All guests must submit their identification documents for registration and release at the front desk/property.
